| Terms and Conditions |
| 1) Re shoots are free. If you do not get the images you like or are expecting, or if weather forces a postponement, we will re shoot your sitting for free as soon as a mutually acceptable date and time is scheduled. 2) There is a 200.00 non refundable deposit on all wedding packages to hold the date. 50% of payment must be received 30 days prior to wedding date and full payment must be made 15 days prior to wedding date. Cancellation of Wedding Packages will receive a refund as follows 29-20 days prior to wedding date will receive 100% refund (not including the 200.00 non refundable deposit) 19-15 days prior to wedding date will receive 75% refund (not including the 200.00 non refundable deposit) 14-7 days prior to wedding date will receive 50% refund (not including 200.00 non refundable deposit) 6- day of wedding will receive 25% refund (not including the 200.00 non refundable deposit). No cancellation fee will be charged if the client would prefer to have a credit issued that can be applied towards a future photographic event or enlargement or if a future date is scheduled. 3) Portrait Packages, Event Packages, Musician Booking, and Commercial Packages cancellations policy is as follows if canceled 14 days from booking and 7 days prior to event 100% will be refunded. If canceled after 14 days and within 7 days 50% will be refunded. No cancellation fee will be charged if the client would prefer to have a credit issued that can be applied towards a future photographic event; enlargement or if a future date is scheduled. 4) We provide Website based proofs to all clients any changes to the proofs must be requested 3 days prior to ordering prints. Retouching can improve the quality of a print, and it can be done but it must be completed before the print goes to the Lab for processing. We guarantee the quality of the print or enlargement and will have it redone at no charge if they are not printed as expected, considering the proofs and retouching requests. However there are no refunds. Prints or Enlargements that are ordered then refused due to any reason other than the printing quality will not be redone or refunded. 5) Negatives and Digital Files remain the property of Shouse Photography and Paul and Cindy Shouse. The images may be used in advertising or other promotional materials that represent the style of photography in which they were shot even after the client has purchased negatives or files. Wedding images can be used to advertise Wedding Photography. They may be used in advertising, brochures, websites display, or for other promotional uses. Shouse Photography and Paul and Cindy Shouse have the legal right to use these images for advertising purposes in perpetuity, or until Shouse Photography and Paul and Cindy Shouse relinquish that right. Any payment made by a client or their family to Shouse Photography or Paul and Cindy Shouse acknowledges these terms and conditions and agrees to them. 6) In the event of our inability to photograph a planned event due to sickness, accident or any other reason that arises, another professional photographer will be hired by us, if possible, in order to complete the photographic event. If another photographer cannot be hired for the event a full refund for that specific event will be given or credit issued whichever the client prefers. 7) It is our prerogative to decide which format best applies to a given photographic event. 8) We will usually sell the negatives or digital files 12- 24 months after the event. We will contact the client via mail or phone at their last known address or phone number. After 2 attempts to offer the images to the client the images may be discarded through shredding or deletion. If you would like to purchase these images now or in the future please contact us directly so we can get permanent contact information. 9) These terms and condition are subject to change without notice.
